Awesome place with great amenities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped return my lost documents, which I'll always remember. I highly recommend it for a cozy stay. I'm coming back for Xmas!

The location is excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel felt very safe and secure. An excellent budget choice.
The rooms are very small, as are the bathrooms. Shampoo and soap are not provided unless you count the little one-use packets, so bring your own. There is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow.

The twin room was pleasantly decorated, had central heating, a TV set and a radio. A bath was modern and everything was really good. The hotel was located in the heart of the city.

We guy at reception was extremely helpful, our room was nicely decorated.
The only problem with the hotel is the stairs very steep and we were on the 4th. Floor once we were in our room we were reluctant to go down again.

Great location near popular attractions.
There were no amenities like complimentary water or toiletries, and the staff's attitude was uncaring when I brought up my concerns. I had to deal with a complete electrical failure one night, forcing me to pack my bags in pitch darkness while the staff offered no assistance.

The location is super and staff is excellent and friendly but the room looked sort of shabby and towels were so grey that I believe hotel could replace them with newer ones.

It is in a good location for the subway and some shopping.
It was very noisy - there was a lot of street noise especially early in the morning. There is no lift. The bed was comfortable; hoowever, the towels were an iffy white.

Location, Comfort, and Charm!
This good hotel boasts an unbeatable location in a lovely neighborhood with charming cafes. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, offering all the basics for a comfortable stay. The easy access to metro and bus stops makes it easy to explore the sights. I'd happily return on my next visit!

The excellent location and the efficient and friendly staff. Close to two metro stations and other left bank attractions within walking distance. Hotel happy for us to leave luggage and pick up later. Room and facilities cleaned daily.

The only think good was the proximity to our family who were staying a nearby apartment.
It was poorly decorated. The pillows were too firm. The worst was the sounds. There were terrible noises that tortured us every night. There was no way to drown out the clicking noises or the water dripping because the room was hot and we had to keep the window open. Also we could hear people in the next room as they sneezed, coughed, or used the toilet. It was aweful!! There was nothing luxurious or even comfortable about this. The room was at the top of floor flights of spiral stairs which we had to carry up our own luggage. It was terrible.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Service
The staff's lack of empathy was disheartening, especially during the power outage. After trying to pack in the dark with no assistance, we decided to leave early and found a much better hotel nearby. Avoid at all costs!

The hotel was in a great location to a lot of major site seeing in Paris. The room was spacious.
I did not care for the cleanliness of the hotel- sheets and towels were stained. You have to leave your key at the desk when leaving the hotel for a day. The breakfast was ok- no options just mainly bread and crossants.

Reasonably spacious and bright rooms with free Wi-Fi and coffee. Amiable and outstandingly accommodating personnel, exceptionally comfortable bed. Amazing and excellent location, a 4-6 minute walk from Saint Germain Area.

The Manager and the comfortable bed.
The Manager made the best of a bad situation - he is the only staff "I do every thing - its like the 19th century here" . He works very hard but it is unreasonable to expect one person to do everyhting. We conclude the owner is being exploitative. Not surprisingly the hotel cannot deliver a good experience. The bed was very comfortable. The decor was shabby but not chic. Desperate need of a revamp, particulary the bathroom which is old fashioned and fairly horrible.
